When there is not an even number of children, the parties will <br />alternate claiming the maj ority of the children as tax exemptions. <br />10. HEAI.,TH INSURANCE: The Defendant shall continue to provide medical insurance <br />for minor children so long as it is available through his employment. The Defendant shall continue <br />to insure the Plaintiff under health insurance so long as it is available through his employinent. <br />Nonreimbursed reasonable and necessary health care costs for the minor children shall be paid by <br />Plaintiff up to the amount of $480.00 per child per calendar year and any said costs in excess of <br />$480.00 per child per calendar year shall be paid 40.0 % by the Plaintiff and 60.0% by the Defendant <br />pursuant to the Nebraska Child Support Guidelines. <br />11. EDUCATION AND MEDICAL RECORDS: Each parent shall continue to have fi�ll <br />and equal access to the education and medical records of his or her child unless the Court orders to <br />the contrary; and either parent may make emergency decisions affecting the health or safety of his or <br />her child while �lie child is in the physical custody of each parent. <br />12. PERSONAL PROPERTY: The personal property of the parties shall be divided <br />pursuant to the Joint Property Statement of the parties offered and received bythe Court as Exhibit 5. <br />13. REAL ESTATE: Plaintiff shall have quieted in her the marital home located at 1148 <br />South Greenwich Street, Grand Is1a�1d, Hall County, Nebraska, legally described as follows: <br />Part of Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), in Blocic Two (2) in <br />Sothman's Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, described as commencing at a point on the easterly line of <br />Lot 11, running thence southwesterly along a line parallel to the <br />southerly line of Lot 1 l, a distance of 125 feet to the westerly line of <br />Lot 1 l, running thence southeasterly along the �esterly lines of Lot <br />11 and 12, a distance of 50 feet, and running thence northeasterly <br />along a line parallel to the southerly line of Lot 1 l, a distance of 125 <br />feet to the easterly line of Lot 12, and running thence northwesterly <br />along the easterly line of said Lots 11 and 12, a distance of 50 feet to <br />the point of beginning. <br />The Court malces tlus determination based upon the fact that this is the home of the four <br />minor children. The Plaintiff shall take the real estate subj ect to the indebtedness thereon in the slu1� <br />of $37,0OO.OQ to Citi Corp Trust Bank, which the Plaintiff shall solely assume and hold the <br />Defendant harnlless therefrom. The Court values the real estate, pursuant to the Joint Pi•operty <br />Statement offered and received by the Court as Exhibit 5, at $72,000.00 market value with a <br />$37,000.00 mortgage leaving a net equity of $35,000.00 in the home being set over to the Plaintiff. <br />3 <br />3 <br />
