The PlainfEfF shall be entifiJed to visitation with the minor children every year on Mother`s Day and the Defenr�ant shatl be en#itied to visitation with the minor children every year on Father's Day. Not withstanding the visitation provided hereinabove for the Chrisfimas break, the Defendant shall aiways have the m'►r�or children for Christmas Day. Christmas Qay will start on December24th at 9:00 p:m. and will end on December 25th at 6:00 p.m. Chrisfimas Eve. Christmas Eve will start on December 24th at 9:00 a:m. and wil! enci on December 24th at 9:00 p.m. (d} The hofiday visita$ion schedufe as provicled in Paragraph 3(c} shall supersede the p��enting time provided in Paragraph 3(a) hereinabove. Whenever a holiday visitation by a parenf has supersede� a regular week/weekend visi�ation by the other parent, the cfiiidren shalE return to #he parenf whose visitation was interrupted at the time provided hereinabove at Paragraph 3(a) immediately following such fioiiday visitation and shall resume accordir�g ta Paragraph 3(a} fihereafter. (e) Both parties understand �hat they have the resporesibi(ity to be on time.
