<br />is used in Section 9. If Borrower is obligat�i to pay Escrow Item�s directly, pursuant to a waivex, and

<br />require under RFSPA. L,epder shall estimate the arnount of Funds due on tb,e basis of current data and
<br />r�asonable cstimates af expean..dit�ues of future Escrow Items or otherwise iu acxordance �with Applicable

<br />any Fetieral Home Y.oan Bank. L,end�r shall apply the Funds W pay the Escrow Iterns no later than the time
<br />specified under RFSPA. T..ender at�all not charge �orrower for hold3ng and applying the Funds, a�anually
<br />analyzing the �.acrow account, or verifying the Escrow Items, unless Lender pays Borrow�r intcrest on tha
<br />�unds aud Applicable Law permits Lender to make such a charge. Unless an agreemeait �is made ia writing
<br />or Applicable Law requires i�aterest ro be paid on the Punds, I�ender shall �t be requirr�tl to pay Borrower
<br />any interest or eamings on the Funds. 13orcower a� Lender can agree in writing, however, that interest
<br />shall be paid on th� Fr�ds. I,ender si�all give to Bo�rrower, without charge, an annual accountin�g of the
<br />Funds as rec,�uired by RFSPA.
<br />If there is a surplus of Funds held in esc,xow, as de� under RESPA� Lender shall account to
<br />Aorrovver foar the eacess fiinds in accorda�e �with RFSpA. If there is a shortage of F�nds held in escrow,
<br />as de�i�d undcr RLSPA. Lendcr shall notify Horrower as reqt�ired by RESPA, and Borrower shall pay to
<br />Lender the amounk necessary w malce up the shartage in accordance with RESPA. but in no more than 12
<br />monthly paynr�►ts. If therc is a de�iaiency of Funds hcld in escrovcr, as dcfiined under RESPA, Y�ndcx shall
<br />notify Bornower as �quixe� by RESPA, and Borrawer shall pay to I.ender the an�,ount nccessary to rnake
<br />up the de:�ciesncy in accordance wich RESPA, but in no �ore than 12 monthly PaYments.
<br />Upon paym�nt in fiill of all sums s�ured by this Se�urity Insriument, I�ender shall pmmptiy refund
<br />to Borrower any Funds held by L.ender.
<br />4. Charge�; Liens. Horrovve�r shall pay all taxes, assessments, charges. �i�es, and impositions
<br />attributable to the Property which can aCtain priarity aver t�his Security �t, leaaehold payxnents or
<br />ground rents oni the P�aperty� if any. and Cornmunity Association Dues, Fces, and Assesstnents, if an.y. Ta
<br />the extent that tttese itcm�s are Escrow Items, Borrower shall pay them in the manner provided in Section 3.
