241009091 <br />THIS SECURITY IN3TRUMENT combines uniform c:ovenants for national use and non-uniform <br />covenants with limited variations by jurisdiction to conistitu�te a uniform security instrument cqvering m.�l <br />P�I�Y• <br />UNIFORM CUVENANTS. Bornower and Lender covenant and agree as follows: <br />1. Payme9nt of Pr,indp�l, Int�r�et, F�tcrow Items, Prepayrnent CLarge�, and Late Charges. <br />Borrow�r shall pay when duc the pri�acipal of, and intere.st on, the debt evidence� by the Note and any <br />Prepayment charges and late charges due under the Note. Honowcr shall alsa pay funds for Escrow Itcrns <br />pursuant to Sectian 3. Paym�ats duc under the Note and this Security �sUruuient sha11 be made in U.S. <br />cur�ency. Hawever, if any check or other instnune�nt re�eived by Lender as payment under the Note or this <br />Security Instnunent is returned to L.ender unpaid, L�der may re�uire that any or all subseyuent payments <br />due wnder the Note and ttus Security Instrument be made in one or n�wre of the followring farms, as <br />selecte� by Lender: (a) cash; (b) mon�y order; (c) cerbi�red check, bank check, tre�asurer's c.heck or <br />cashie�r's check, provided any such check is drawn upon an institution r�+hose deposits are insured by a <br />federal agencY, instzumentality, or e�tity; or (d) Electronic Funds Transf�r. <br />PaYnxents are deemad re�eived by Lender when receive� at the locatipn designated in t1a� Note or at <br />such other location as may be designated by Lender in accordance with the notice provisions in Section 15. <br />Lender may x�turn any payment ar partial payment if the paym�at or partia� paymer►ts are insut�icient to <br />bring tlae Loatx current. l.ender may accept any payment or partial payment insufficient to hring the Loan <br />current, without waiver of any rights hereunder or prejudicc to its righGs w refi�se such payment or partial <br />payrnents in the future, but Lender is not obligazed to apply such paynrents at the time such payments are <br />accepte�. If each Periadic Pa�uent is applied as nf its scheduled due date, then L�ender need not pay <br />interest on unapplied fwnds. Application ai Peyme�ts or Ytooee�ls. Except as ntherwise deseribed in tbis Sectian 2, all <br />p$Ym�� �Pted and applicd by L,ender shall be applicd in the follovving ardcr of priority: (a) interest <br />due undcr the Nots; (b) principa! due under thhe Note; (c) amounts due under 5ection 3.
