UsabCe Kztchens and Bathrooms: Dwelling units must cantain usable kitchens and bathraoms such that an individual who uses a wheelchair can maneuver about the space. These Fair Housing Act requirements can be found in the �air Housing Act Design Manual. B) The Plans and Specifications are in cornpliance with Standards so that units in the project rneet Energy Star Standards and fully accessible and sensory units rneet Section 504 accessibility Standards.
