2010076�7 <br />ATTACHMENT 1 <br />ARCHITECT'S CERTIFICATE <br />PART I <br />The undersigned, an architect duly licensed and registered in the State of Nebraska, has <br />prepared for ,(the "Owner"), final plans, working <br />drawings and detar'led specifications (and addenda) dated , 20 <br />(collectively, the "Plans and Specifications") in cannection with certain real property located at <br />(the "Project") for which the undersigned <br />acknowledges will receive 1ow income hausing tax credits under Sectian 42 of the Internal <br />Revenue Code and 1602 funding under the Section 1602 Program created pursuant to Title XII of <br />the Annerican Recavery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 to �nance the costs to acquire, rehabilitate, <br />or construct the Project. <br />Accordingly, the undErsigned hereby certi�es to the Owner and the Nebraska Investment <br />Finance Authority that: <br />A) The Plans and Specifications camply with and conform in all respects to the requirements <br />of existing law, have been duly filed with and have been approved by all gavernmental <br />and muni�ipal authorities having jurisdictian there nver, and the Plans and Specificatians <br />are in compliance with all requirements and restrictians of all applicable zoning, <br />environznental, building, fire, health and other governmental ordinances, rules and <br />regulations and the requirements of the appropriate board af �re underwriters or other <br />similar body acting in and for the locality in which the Project is located. Further, the <br />Plans and Specifications comply with: <br />1) The applicable editron nf the International Building Code and Natipnal Electric <br />Code; and the local cade adopted by the presiding jurisdiction; and the Minimutn <br />Property Standards [MT'S] in 24 CFR 200.925 or 200.925. <br />2) The applicable local energy consezvation code, or, if no such code is applicable, <br />then in accnrdance with the 20031nternational Energy Code. <br />3) The accessibility requireznent at 24 CFR part 8, which implements Section 504 of <br />the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 794) and covered multifamily <br />dwellings, as defined at 24 CFR 10p.201. <br />4) The design and constructian requirement at 24 CFR 10�.205, wk�ich implexnents <br />Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 199p and the Fair Housing Act <br />(42 U.S.C. 3641-3619), as it relates to the following: <br />Accessible Building Entraiice on an Accessible Route: <br />484(i-G923-1367.3 C_� <br />
