All street <br />drainage, water distributian and sanitary sewer systems have been accepted for perpetual <br />maintenance by the apprapriate governmental authoriry ax utility. <br />C) If this Project consists af manufactured housing, the Project camplies with applicable <br />stat� and local ]aws ar codes governing installation. 1n the absence of such laws or codes, <br />the project complies with the manufacturer's written instructians for insta]lation of <br />manufactured housing units. <br />Furthermore, in the prafessianal opinion of the undersigned, the Project is constructed in a�aod <br />and workrnanship-like manner substantially in accordance with the Plans and Specifications and <br />is free and clear of any damage or structural defects that would, in any material respect, affect <br />484G-G923-1367.3 C_5 <br />
