h ~ ,. <br />'~ ~ ~ 201001588 <br />each year by May 1 for claiming Christopher as an exemption, until the minor child's 19th <br />birthday. This amount shall be paid directly to David C. Davis who will, in turn, file a receipt <br />with the Clerk of the District Court showing that said amount has been paid. <br />23. PERSONAL PROPERTY. Each party shall keep his or her clothing, jewelry, <br />sporting equipment and other personal effects, free and clear of any claim by the other. <br />24. The parties agree that they have divided their household goods, furnishings and other <br />personal property, and each party shall keep such property presently in his and her possession, <br />free and clear of any claim by the other party. <br />2S. The parties agree that the clothing, jewelry and personal effects of the minor child of <br />the parties shall be set off to Kay M. Davis for the use and benefit of such minor child. <br />26. AUTOMOBILES. Petitioner has an automobile tttiea ~n ner own riaanG a~-u <br />Respondent has an automobile titled in his own name. Each shall keep their own automobile and <br />pay any encumbrances that may be against the same and hold the other party harmless far any <br />such indebtedness. <br />27. DEBTS. The parties agree that, except for any debts on the real estate and the <br />automobiles, there are no other debts of the marriage to be divided. <br />29. Each party shall assume, pay and be individually liable for any and all debts incurred <br />by such party after the filing of the petition herein and shall hold the other harmless from the <br />payment of such debts. <br />30. FAMILY HOME. The parties own, as joint tenants, the family home legally <br />described as Lot 1, Second R & B Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. The address is 4140 Horseshoe Place, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68803-] 518. <br />Title to said property should be quieted in Petitioner subject to the following conditions: <br />a. Petitioner will pay any encumbrance against said property and hold Respondent <br />harmless for the same. <br />b. If Petitioner should decide at any time to sell said property, she must sell it for at least <br />the amount shown as fair market value by the latest real estate tax appraisal by the Hall County <br />Assessor. <br />c. From the sale proceeds all encumbrances and taxes shall be paid together with all real <br />estate commissions and other expenses of sale. From the remaining net proceeds Kay M.
