201001585
14. CHILD SUPPORT. Child support was instated by David C. Davis in the amount of
$325 per month, beginning October 5, 2000 and shall continue on the 1 Sth day of each month
thereafter until the child enters the military service, reaches the age of nineteen years, is na
longer dependent upon his parents far support, marries or dies, whichever occurs first; or until
further order of the court.
15, This amount is slightly louver than the amount determined in accordance with the
Nebraska Child Support Guidelines but the court is asked to make an exception to the Guidelines
because of the very extensive time the child will spend with his father.
16. At the present time said $325 will be deposited directly into the mother's savings
account from the father's government disability check. The mother agrees that upon receipt of
each payment, she will mail a receipt to the Clerk of the District Court showing payment,
17. The child is presently 14 years old and the parties do not anticipate there will be any
disruption of the father's government disability check in the next five years. In the unlikely
event that there should be a disruption, the parties agree that the father's income would probably
be well below the poverty level and that only the minimum payment of $50.00 per month would
be required. Evidence of this change would be presented to the court by affidavit so that the
Court could make such further order concerning child support as would be justified by the
evidence at that time.
18. HEALTH INSURANCE. David C. Davis shall maintain in full force and effect
either the existing ar comparable health and accident insurance on the minor child of the parties
so long as he has an obligation to support said child, and the proceeds of such health and
accident insurance shall be made available to the minor child.
19. Petitioner shall pay the medical and dental expenses for the minor child not covered
by insurance.
20. Each party shall hold as his or her sole and separate property. any life insurance
presently in existence insuring the life of each respective party.
21, TAX EXEMPTION. The parties agree to file a joint tax return for the year 2000.
Any refund will be divided in proportion to the total income each had for the year 2000, In
future years, Kay M. Davis will take Christopher Gerald Davis as a tax exemption on her State
and Federal Tax Returns.
22. In return for the tax exemption, Kay M. Davis agrees to pay David C. Davis $500
Page~of l~
