The parties agree with respect to all properties and debts of this marriage to sign any and all papers, titles, or other documents necessary to complete the exchange of property and to carry out this agreement. 32. The parties agree that neither party shall pay alimony/spousal support to the other. Both parties acknowledge that they have been advised and understand that unless alimony is awarded in the proceedings presently before the court, the decree of dissolution of marriage cannot subsequently be modified at any time to include an award of alimony to either party. a. The costs of this action and attorney's fees have been paid in full, each party paying one-half. 34. The parties agree that this stipulation and property settlement agreement shall be effective only in the event the court enters a decree dissolving their marriage. If such decree is not entered by the court, then this agreement shall be null, void and of no force or effect, 35. The parties, in signing this stipulation and property settlement, state that they have read it, understand it and have received a copy of it. The parties acknowledge that this stipulation and property settlement is subject to the approval of the court and is subject to modification by the court at the final hearing.
