t~ ~--: <br />~, _. <br />~~-'~ 201001588 <br />8, VISITATION. The parties agree with regard to visitation that: <br />a. There shall be shared time of same value with all rights of each parent. <br />b. The parties will rotate visitation for the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, <br />Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, and Thanksgiving Day with the father to <br />have New Years Day, 2001, and the mother to have New Years Day, 2002, and so an. The <br />Christmas holiday shall be divided by agreement sa each parent has time with the child during <br />Christmas Eve and/or Christmas Day. <br />c. David C. Davis will have the child on p'ather's Day and August 19th; Kay M. Davis <br />will have the child on Mother's Day and December 30th. Christopher's birthday (November <br />19th) will be rotated ar celebrated together with a verbal agreement between the parties. <br />d. If for same reason David C. Davis or Kay M. Davis would be unable to make <br />visitation due to uncontrollable circumstances, Kay M. Davis or David C. Davis will make every <br />effort to work out amake-up visitation and to enforce and uphold visitation rights. <br />e. Both parents will have legal telephone visitation rights during reasonable hours and at <br />reasonable times. The term reasonable shall mean from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through <br />Sunday, and on New Year's Eve till 12 midnight. Neither party will interfere with any mail nor <br />packages sent to their son by the other party. <br />9. Christopher Gerald Davis shall not be removed from the state of Nebraska without <br />both parties' knowledge and consent. <br />10. Bath parties will inform each other of address changes or telephone number changes <br />to ensure proper access to visitation and phone rights. <br />l1. Both parties will have all legal rights to school and health records or any other <br />records concerning Christopher Gerald Davis. <br />12. If for some reason Christopher Gerald Davis needs emergency attention, both parties <br />will be notified or'a reasonable attempt should be made as soon as possible for the best interest <br />of the child. Bath parties' names will be on all emergency records and school documents. <br />13. The parties agree that each shall have full and equal access to the education and <br />medical records of the minor child, and either Petitioner or Respondent may make emergency <br />decisions affecting the health and safety of the minor child while the minor child is in the <br />physical custody of such parent. <br />Page ~ of~~ <br />
