Respondent has declined to consult an attorney but warrants that Respondent has read and studied this agreement and acknowledges that it is fair, equitable and not unconscionable. 2. Respondent further acknowledges that Respondent understands that Richard E. Gee does not represent Respondent but rather represents Petitioner; that Richard E. Gee has made no statements which Respondent might interpret to mean said attorney represents Respondent; that Respondent knows Richard E. Gee is acting as attorney solely far Petitioner and is protecting Petitioner's interests to the exclusion of all' others. J l~ 3. The parties have reached the agreements herein between themselves and respectfully ~_ 3~ ~~ ~ request the court to approve the same. 4. A petition has been filed herein, the purpose and prayer of which is to secure a dissolution of the marriage between the parties. 5. The parties make the agreements herein for the purposes of adjusting and determining their respective property rights and not as an inducement to a dissolution of their marriage. 6. The name and birth date of the child of the marriage are Christopher Gerald Davis, born November 19, 1986, SSN 505-23-4194. 7. CUSTODY. The parties recommend to the court that the care, custody and control of the minor child of the parties be awarded to both parties, Kay M. Davis and David C.
