For purposes of remarriage, this decree becomes final and operative six months after <br />the date it is signed; ar on the date of death of ane of the parties to the dissolution, whichever <br />occurs first. If the decree becomes final and operative upon the date of death of one of the <br />parties to the dissolution, the decree shall be treated as if it became final and operative on the <br />~_ _--- <br />date-it was signe . ..._ <br />5. Far purposes of continuation of health insurance coverage, this decree becomes final <br />and operative six months after the date the decree is signed. <br />6. For all other purposes, the decree becomes final and operative 30 days after the decree <br />is signed or upon the death of one of the parties, whichever occurs first. If the decree becomes <br />final and operative upon the' death of ane of the parties, the decree shall be treated as if it became <br />final and operative on the date it was signed. <br />7. The parties waive a complete record herein. <br />8. The following child was born of the marriage, to wit: Christopher Gerald Davis, born <br />November 19, 1986, SSN 506-23-4194. <br />9. The Stipulation and Property Settlement entered into by and between the parties is <br />found to be not unconscionable and is hereby approved exc~t as to custody of the minor child, <br />and is ordered into effect. Both parties are hereby ordered and directed to comply with all of the <br />terms and conditions contained therein. A copy thereof marked Exhibit #2 is attached to and <br />made a part of this final Decree by reference. <br />10. Petitioner Kay Marie Davis is a fit and proper person to have custody of the child of <br />the marriage, and is hereby awarded the care, custody and control of the above-named child of <br />the marriage. <br />11. Visitation shall be as set forth in the Stipulation and Property Settlement Agreement <br />referred to in Paragraph 9 above. <br />12. Either Petitioner or Respondent may make emergency decisions affecting the health <br />and safety of the minor child while said child are in her or his physical custody. <br />13. Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §43-381 (Reissue 1993), both parties shall have full and <br />- edual access to the education, medical and other pertinent records of all of the minor child. <br />Page ~ of ~~ <br />
