DESCRIPTION OF REGIME. <br />The condominium consists of one {1) building which is <br />built on concrete foundation and 3oes not include basements. <br />The building is two (2) stories in height at its highest <br />level. The building will contain seven (9) villas which may <br />only be used for residential purposes. <br />The Regime includes a carport for each Vi12a an a <br />limited common element basis. <br />The Regime also includes open Barking area for ad- <br />ditional vehicles, recreational area and landscaping. EXTERIOP.
