Such vouchers shall be <br />issued only for work completed and for materials in place, <br />physically incorporated into the construction, free of any <br />chattel mortgage, conditional sale, security interest or any <br />other lien or encumbrance, physically incorporated into the <br />construction. Sach such voucher when authorized by the <br />person or persons named in the voucher authorization <br />shall constitute a representation with respect to the work <br />and materials for which payment is requested, that they <br />shall be physically incorporated into the construction free <br />of liens and encumbrances a€oresaid and shall be accompanied <br />by a lien waiver from each contractor in proper form for <br />filing in he State of Nebraska. Each such voucher shall be <br />sub;ect to the approval of the Seller which agproval shall <br />not be unreasonably withheld. On approval of the vouchers by <br />the Seller, the requisite amount shall be advanced under the <br />Second lortgage payable to the person entitled thereto <br />pursuant to the voucher. <br />{e) Buyer's architectjengineer shall further deliver a <br />certification that all work done and all materials furnished <br />at the state of construction when an advance is to be made <br />under the Second Mortgage have been done and furnished in a <br />good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with sound <br />construction principles. <br />(f) ]~11 vouchers for payment shall further be accom- <br />ganitd by bills from all contractors for the monies which <br />withdrawal frog the funds is requested. <br />(g) Tn the event Suyer shall elect, pursuant to a bona <br />-8- <br />
