The provisions of numbered paragraph 7 of <br />said Special Warranty Deed are hereby modified and amended to read <br />as follows: <br />"The holder of any mortgage specifically authorized <br />herein or authorized in writing by the Director of the <br />Community Development Agency of Grantor, including any <br />Ttolder who obtains title to the Premises or any part <br />thereof as a result of foreclosure proceedings or <br />actions in lieu thereof [but not including (a) any other <br />party who thereafter obtains title to the Premises or <br />any part thereof from or through such holder, or (b) any <br />purchaser at a foreclosure sale other than the holder of <br />the tortgage itself] shall be obligated by the provisions <br />of this Special Warranty Deed to construct or complete <br />the construction uF the improvements, or to guaranty <br />such construction or completion.
