<br />Section 1. The provisions of numbered paragraph 1 of
<br />said Speciai Warranty Deed are hereby modified and amended to read
<br />as follows:
<br />"Subsequent Grantee shall develop the Premises for
<br />residential use in accordance with Subsequent Grantee's
<br />proposal as presented and placed on file with the
<br />Community Development Agency of Grantor, provided,
<br />however, that the plans and specifications for such
<br />development may be modified with the written approval of
<br />the Director of the c'omntunity Development Agency of
<br />Grantor."
<br />Section 2. The provisions of numbered paragraph 2 of
<br />said Special Warranty Deed are hereby modified and amended to read
<br />as follows:
<br />"Subseyuent Grantee shall begin construction of the
<br />proposed improvements on the Premises by September 15,
<br />1980 and said construction shall he completed within
<br />nine months from the start of such construction, unless
<br />said times for commencement or completion of construction
<br />are waived in writing by the Director of the Community
<br />Development Agency of Grantor. The residential project
<br />to be constructed on the Premises shall be deemed
<br />completed as of the date that the llirector of said
<br />Community Development Agency finally examines the
<br />improvements on the Premises and finds that they meet
<br />the reyuirem.-nts of t:he plans and specificaiions .+s
