Any or all actions or omissions on the part <br />of the aforesaid Larry B. lluwaldt or of Subsequent Grantee which <br />were or might have been deemed to constitute a breach of the terms <br />and conditions of said Special Warranty Deed, as such terms and <br />conditions st+x>+1 prior to the execution of this Modification <br />Agreement, are hereby expressly waived by Grantor.
