8Q-pC14848 shall be deemed as full and satisfactory evidence that the Subsequent Grantee has satisfied in full its obliga- tions under the terms of this Special Warranty Deed, and that the covenants and restrictions of this Special Warranty Deed, as so satisfied, are no longer applicable to or restrictive upon the the Premises.". Section 9. Any or all actions or omissions on the part of the aforesaid Larry B. lluwaldt or of Subsequent Grantee which were or might have been deemed to constitute a breach of the terms and conditions of said Special Warranty Deed, as such terms and conditions st+x>+1 prior to the execution of this Modification Agreement, are hereby expressly waived by Grantor.
