50.. ~C441'7 right or power to sell, transfer, assign, encumber, or in any other manner, to•anticipate or dispose of the same, and the income and principal or any portion of same shall not be subject to execution, garnishment, attachment, insolvency, bankruptcy, or shall in any other manner be subject, voluntarily or involuntarily, to the payment of the debts of any such beneficiary. D. Yn the event my wife, Evelyn M. Clark, does not survive me, then acid in that event i give, devise and bequeath all the property, both real and personal, of which I die seized and possessed as follows: 1. If bequests similar to those contained in this subpara- graph have not been paid under my wife's Wiil, I give and bequeath: (a) Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) to each of my grandchildren Mark Alan Glark, Michelle Lee Clark (they being the children of my deceased son Roger Clark) and Clark Corrigan McKim (he being the son of my daughter Linda L. McKim); (b) Ten Thousand Dollars ($10, 000) to Wanda Jean (Clark) Hill, she being the widow of my deceased son Roger Clark; (c) Ten Thousand Dollars ($10, 000) to my son-in- law, Harlan Lee McKim, if he is married to my daughter Linda L. McKim at the time of my death; (The above bequests shall be void if my wife (predeceases me and similar bequests are paid (out under her Will, it being the intention of any wife and me that such bequests be paid from (either her estate or mine, but not both.) (d) My 1966 Thunderbird automobile to my grandson, Clark Corrigan McKim; (e) My Dorchester residential real estate and all the contents of said residence to my daughter, Linda L.
