50.. ~C441'7 <br />right or power to sell, transfer, assign, encumber, <br />or in any other manner, to•anticipate or dispose of <br />the same, and the income and principal or any <br />portion of same shall not be subject to execution, <br />garnishment, attachment, insolvency, bankruptcy, <br />or shall in any other manner be subject, voluntarily <br />or involuntarily, to the payment of the debts of any <br />such beneficiary. <br />D. Yn the event my wife, Evelyn M. Clark, does not survive <br />me, then acid in that event i give, devise and bequeath all <br />the property, both real and personal, of which I die seized <br />and possessed as follows: <br />1. If bequests similar to those contained in this subpara- <br />graph have not been paid under my wife's Wiil, I <br />give and bequeath: <br />(a) Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) to each of my <br />grandchildren Mark Alan Glark, Michelle Lee <br />Clark (they being the children of my deceased <br />son Roger Clark) and Clark Corrigan McKim <br />(he being the son of my daughter Linda L. <br />McKim); <br />(b) Ten Thousand Dollars ($10, 000) to Wanda <br />Jean (Clark) Hill, she being the widow of my <br />deceased son Roger Clark; <br />(c) Ten Thousand Dollars ($10, 000) to my son-in- <br />law, Harlan Lee McKim, if he is married to <br />my daughter Linda L. McKim at the time of <br />my death; <br />(The above bequests shall be void if my wife <br />(predeceases me and similar bequests are paid <br />(out under her Will, it being the intention of <br />any wife and me that such bequests be paid from <br />(either her estate or mine, but not both.) <br />(d) My 1966 Thunderbird automobile to my grandson, <br />Clark Corrigan McKim; <br />(e) My Dorchester residential real estate and all <br />the contents of said residence to my daughter, <br />Linda L. McKim; and <br />(f} All the rest, residue and remainder to my daughter, <br />Linda L.
