80- ~044~7 5. The rest, resfdue and remainder of Share No. 2 to my Trustee in trust for~the following uses: a. My Trustee shall hold, manage, invest and re- invest the same and collect the income therefrom. During the life of my said wife and while she remains unmarried, the Trustee shall pay, from said income to her, or use for her benefit, the income therefrom semi-annually or oftener. b. During the term of the trust, my Tnstee may encroach upon the principal of the trust for the purpose of providing my said wife with reasonable support and comfort, if in the discretion of my Trustee it shall become necessary, even if such encroachment should deplete the corpus of this trust altogether. c. Upon the death or remarriage of my said wife, whichever event occurs first, this trust shall terminate and the Trustee shall distribute the property remaining in said trust as follows: (1) My 1966 Thunderbird automobile, if it is on hand, to my grandson Clark Corrigan McKim; (2) My Dorchester residential real estate and all the contents of said residence to my daughter Linda L. McKim; and (3) Ail the rest, residue and remainder to my daughter, Linda L. McKim; provided , if my said daughter is deceased at the time of the death or remarriage of my wife, her share hereunder shall be distributed: 25~ to my son-in-law Harlan Lee McKim, if he was the husband of said daughter at the time of her death, and 75~o to my grandson Clark Corrigan McKim. If said Harlan Lee McKim was not the husband of my daughter at her death, then ail of said residue shall be distributed to my grandson Clark Corrigan McKim. d.
