8Q- ut~44~7 <br />B. <br />C. <br />in real estate or partially in fractional and <br />undivided interests in real estate as my Executor <br />shall determine; provided that there shall not be <br />allocated to Share No. 1 any assets or the proceeds <br />thereof with respect to which, if so allocated, no <br />deduction for property passing to my wife would be <br />allowed from my gross estate for federal estate <br />tax purposes. <br />4. My Executor shall determine the specific properties <br />to be allocated to Share No. 1 and Share No. 2 under <br />this paragraph. In making said determination and <br />allocating assets between Share No. i and Share No. Z, <br />my Executor shall, consistent with equitable <br />principles requiring impartiality as between legatees, <br />act impartially in such determination and allocation <br />so that Share No. 1 and Share No. 2 shall share <br />:stably in any changes in value of assets between <br />the valuation date used for estate tax purposes and <br />the date of distribution. <br />I give, devise and bequeath Share No. 1, upon the division <br />and determination as provided above, to my wife, Evelyn <br />M. Clark, absolutely, if she survives me. <br />I give and bequeath, to be paid out of Share No. 2: <br />1. Ten Thousand Doilars ($10, 000) to each of my <br />grandchildren Mark Alan Clark, Michelle Lee <br />Clark (they being the children of my deceased son <br />Auger Clark)and Clark Corrigan McKim (he <br />being the son of my daughter Linda L. McKim); <br />2. Ten Thousand Dollars ($10, 000) to Wanda Jean <br />(Clark) Hill, she being the widow of my deceased <br />son Roger Clark; <br />3. Tan Thousand Doilars ($10, 000) to my son-in-law, <br />Harlan Lee McKim, if he is married to my <br />daughter Linda L. McKim at the time of my death; <br />and <br />4. Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) to my daughter, <br />Linda L.
