T 80- x°264 Sublessor and the Authority, dated as of the first day of July, 1979 tthe "Lease") and proposes to enter into an Amendment to Lease Agreement, dated as of 3une 1, 1980, providing for increased rentals sufficient to pay principal and interest as the same-fall due an the Authority's Medical Facility Revenue Sonds, Re.gion'IIi Facilities Corporation Issue, Series 1979, in the principal-amount. of $390,000, dated July 1, 1979 (the "Series 1979 Bonds") and such- proposed Completion Bonds which are to be designated as the Autho- rity's Medical Facility Revenue Bond, Region III Facilities Corpora- tion Issue, Series 1980 in the principal amount of $50,000, dated`- June 1, 1980 (the "Series 1980 Bond"). WHEREAS, Sublessor is willing to enter into such amendment to the Lease in order to increase the lease rentals payahle by Sublessor to an amount sufficient. to provide for all principal and interest payment obligation due on the Series 1979 Bonds and the Series 1480 Bond, provided that Sublessee increases the amount of rentals payahle pursuant to the Sublease and Sublessee is will- ing to provide for an increase in rentals due under the Sublease to the extent provided herein; NOLd, THEREFORE, nor and in consideration of the mutual Covenants and agreements herein contained an8 in consideration of the Authority's issuance of the Series 1980 Band and Sublessor's increasing of the rentals payable under the Lease, Sublessor and Sublessee do hereby agree as follows: Section 1. The rental schedule shown in Exhibit "B" to the Sublease shall be amended to provide for lease rentals as spawn on Exhibit "B" to this Amendment to Sublease which Exhibit "B" is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by such reference. Section 2. Sublessee hereby confirms its obligation under Section 4.~ to pay alt costs of constructing and acquiring the Project exc4pt to the extent that such costs axe paid for from the groGeeds of the Series 1980 Bond and hereby consents to terms a.~d conditions of that Amendment to Lease Agreement, dated as of June 1, 1960 by and between Sublessor and the Autha- rity.
