<br />Section 3. This Amendment to Sublease amends and modi-
<br />fies the Sublease only in the particulars herein stated.
<br />Section 4. This Amendment to Sublease and any other
<br />amendments or supplements to the Sublease shall be construed as
<br />a single instrument.
<br />Section 5. The Sublease, as amended and supplemented
<br />by this Amendment to Sublease, may be further amended and supple-
<br />mented from time to time as provided in the Sublease.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed
