<br />AIt"I'1C~:LE 7GII:'~ <br />PROVISIONS AFTER TERF7INATION <br />Ad~t} PAYMEt+7T OF BOA7DS <br />Section 73.1 Upon accrual of Sublessor's right of <br />reentry because of Sublessee's default hereunder, or upon the <br />cancellation or termination of this Sublease by lapse of time or <br />otherwise, Sublessee shale peacefully surrender possession of the <br />Project to Sublessor in good condition and repair, ordinary wear <br />and tear excepted. If all of the Bonds outstanding have been <br />gaid or the payment thereof provided for in accordance with the <br />Resolution, Sublessee shall have the right to remove all machinery, <br />equipment, instruments and furnishings owned by it. Any repairs <br />to .and restorations of the Project required to be made because of <br />such removal shall be made by and at the expense of Sublessee. <br />All machinery, equipment, instruments and furnishings of Sublessee <br />which are not so removed from the Project prior to or within a <br />reasonable time aster tfie termination of this Sublease shall <br />become the separate property of Sublessor in the event that the <br />Lease has not terminated or of the Authority if the Lease has <br />terminated. <br />29 <br />
