<br />Section 72.2 Sublessee covenants and agrees with Sublessor <br />for the benefit of the Authority and the hoi82rs of the Bonds <br />that until the Bonds and the interest therecn and redemption <br />premiE:rn, if any, are paid in full or provis?on made for the <br />payment thereof in accordance with the Resolution, Sublessor's <br />obligations under this Sublease shall survive any termination of <br />Sublessee's rights to possession under this Sublease, far any <br />cause, and that Sublessee shall continue to be responsible for <br />the performance of all its obligations provided for in this <br />Sublease, all at the time or times provided herein. <br />Section 72.3 The Authority or the Trustee may exercise <br />on behalf of Sublessor the remedies provided in this Article, <br />whether or not Sublessor is in default under the Lease and without <br />making demand upon Sublessor to proceed to enforce the provisions of <br />this Sublease and in such case shall have and enjoy all rights provided <br />for Sublessor under this Article. <br />2$ <br />
