.~~.~ <br />A~t~TIC"LE xI~ <br />PARTIAL P.ELEASE C3F LAND <br />AND GRANTING OF EASEMENTS <br />Section t4.1 Sublessor and Sublessee agree and acknow- <br />ledge that the Lease in its Article XV provides that Sublessar <br />may grant easements, licenses and rights of way affecting the <br />Project or give releases with respect thereto subject to approval <br />of the Authority and provided that, among certain other conditions, <br />Sublessee determines that such grant or release will not impair <br />the effectiveness or interfere with the efficient and economical <br />operation of the Project and will not materially adversely affect <br />the security of the holders of the Bonds. Sublessee agrees to <br />and accepts the provisions of said Article XV of the Lease and <br />further agrees and acknowledges that an_y resolution of its Execu- <br />tive Board as described and referred to in Section 15.1 of the <br />Lease shall be binding upon it and that there shall be na abatement <br />or reduction of rent payable by Sublessee under this Sublease by <br />virtue of any such granting or release of easements, licenses or <br />rights of way. <br />30 <br />
