ARTICLE XI <br />CASUALT3' DAMIAGE <br />Section ti.i If at any time during the term of this <br />Subls:ase, and while any Bonds are outstanding under the Resolution, <br />any of the buildings or structures constituting the Project is <br />damaged or destroyed by fire or other casualty, Sublessor, as <br />Construction Agent far the Authority, is required under the Lease <br />to proceed promptly to repair, restore, rebuild or replace such <br />building as required in order to carry out the obligations of the <br />Authority under the Resolution. All contracts awarded for such <br />work are required to be made in the name of the Authority, but <br />giving to Sublessor, as Construction Agent, the right to control <br />the conduct of such work the same as if it were the owner. Proceeds <br />of casualty insurance collected by the Trustee are to be applied <br />by the Trustee in accordance with the pro~risions of the Resolution. <br />Lf the insurance proceeds are insufficient in amount to pay in full <br />the cast of all repairs, restorations, rebuilding and replacement <br />of said damaged or destroyed building as required under the Lease <br />Sublessee agrees to provide the funds necessary to make up the defi- <br />ciency or Sublessee agrees to accept and continue leasing the Project <br />hereunder after it has been repaired, rebuilt and rearranged to the <br />ea~tent permitted from funds available for such purpose in the hands <br />of the Trustee. <br />Section 11.2 If such damage to or destruction of the <br />Project occurs after the Bonds and interest thereon have been paid <br />in full or gayment thereof provided for in accordance with the Reso- <br />lution, all of the proceeds shall be paid to Sublessor, which shall <br />proceed to repair, restore, rebuild or replace the damaged or <br />destroyed facility as required in the Lease. If the proceeds of such <br />insurance are insufficient far such purpose, Sublessee agrees to pro- <br />.- vide other funds sufficient to complete the work or shall agree to <br />accept and continue leasing the Project hereunder after it has been <br />repaired, rebuilt and rearranged to the extent permitted from <br />in~ur~nce proceeds. <br />2~ <br />
