RJK~iWMp~.9k <br />Sectior, 17.3 if at any time during the teen of this <br />Sublease, the Project, as then constituted, is totally destroyed <br />by fire or other casualty, Sublessor and Sublessee have been <br />granted under the Lease the right to elect that the i~roject shall <br />not be rebuilt, provided that there are sufficient moneys in the <br />hands of the Trustee: including insurance proceeds, to pay in full <br />the principal, premium, if any, and interest on all Bonds out- <br />standing. Sublessor and Sublessee acknowledge and agree that their <br />rights and obligations in such event shall be governed by the terms <br />of the Lease. <br />25 <br />
