7~~ ~~al,.'9~C- <br />shall be applied as foilowsz (a} the Authority shah receive <br />therefrom an amount equal to alI attorney's fees and other expenses <br />and costs incurred by Authority in connection with such condemnation <br />and any sum or sums of money then due and owing by Sublessor under <br />the Lease or by Sublessee under the terms of this Sublease; and <br />(b} the balance shall belong to and be paid to Sublessor. <br />Section 10.12 If the period of condemnation of the use, <br />for a limited period, of all or part of the Project shall end before <br />the Bonds and interest thereor. have been paid in full, Sublessee <br />shall, upon being restored to possession, restore the Project as <br />necessary to make it again an efficient operating facility. Any <br />monies held by the Trustee for such purgose which are available <br />to Sublessor u^.der the r._=asp may be used for restoring the Project. <br />~a <br />
