'~ ~~~~~ <br />rebuilding or rearranging or Sublessee shall agree to accept and <br />continue leasing the Project hereunder after it has been repaired, <br />rebuilt, and rearranged to the extent permitted from the funds <br />available for such purpose in the hands of the Trustee. <br />Section 10,7 Any surplus funds over and above the cost <br />of the repair or rebuilding of the Froject or rearranging of the <br />PT.Oje.^.t facilities shall be transferred to the Debt Service Reserve <br />Fund as provided under the Resolution. <br />Section 10.8 All awards received from the condemnation, <br />after the Bonds and interest thereon have been paid in full, of <br />title to less than substantially all of the Project shall be aggiied <br />by Sublessor to the repairing or rebuilding of the Project to an <br />efficient operating facility and any balance then remaining shall be <br />applied in the same manner as provided in Section 10.3 hereof. <br />Section 10.9 If during the life of this Sublease <br />the use, for a limited period, of all or part of the Project be <br />condemned by any authority having the power of eminent domain, <br />this Sublease shall not he thereby terminated and the obligations <br />of either party under this Sublease sha21 not be reduced or <br />affected in any way. <br />Section 10.10 All awards received from the condemnation <br />duri:~q the life of this Sublease, and before the Bonds acid interest <br />thereon have been paid in full, of the use, for a limited period, <br />of all or part of the Project, whether by way of damages, rent or <br />otherwise, shall when received, become the property of Authority, <br />and Sublessee hereby assigns and transfers to Authority any and all <br />awards granted in connection with such condemnation, and, after <br />deducting all attorney's fees and costs incurred by Authority in <br />connection with such condemnation, shall be forthwith delivered «nd <br />paid over to the Trustee for application by it in accordance with the <br />provisions of the Resolution. <br />Section 10.11 All awards received for the condemnation of <br />the use for a limited period of all or part of the Project, during <br />the life o£ this Sublease, and after the Bonds and interest thereon <br />nave been paid in full, whether by way of damages, rent or otherwise, <br />22 <br />
