Statement of Lessee: Lessee shall at any time and from time to time <br />within twenty (20) flays after written request by Lessors execute, acknowledge <br />and deliver to Lessors a statement in writing certifying that this Lease is <br />unmodified and it full force and effect if such is the fact (or i€ there has <br />been any modification thereof that the same is in full force and effect as <br />., modified and stating the modifications) and the dates to which the rentals <br />and other charges have been paid in advance, if any. Zt 1s expressly understood <br />and agreed that any such statement delivered pursuant to this paragraph may be <br />relied upon 6y any prospective purchaser of the estate of Lessors or the mortgagee <br />or assigns of any mortgage or the trustee or beneficiary of any deed of trust <br />consrit~ting a lien upon the leased premises. <br />24. Notices: All notices required to be given hereunder shall be in writing. <br />Such notices shall be sent by United States certified mail, postage prepaid, <br />addressed to Lessor at 4747 1st Avenue, S.E. <br />_ Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52402 <br />and to Lessee at the leased premises, or at such other place as either Lessors or <br />Lessee may from time to time, respectively, designate 1n a written notice given <br />to the other. Notices shall be deemed sufficiently served three (3) Jaya after <br />the date of the mailing thereof. <br />25. Change of Ownership: No change in ownership of the leased premises or <br />assignment of -this Lease, or of the rental provided for herein, shall be binding- - <br />upon Lessee for any purpose whatever until Lessee has been furnished written <br />.,oti~e thereof by Lessors. <br />26. tdaiver: No waiver of any default or breach of any covenant by either <br />party hereunder shall be implied from any omission by either party to take <br />action on account of such default if such default persists or is repeated, and <br />no express waiver shall affect any default other than the default specified in <br />the waiver, and then said waiver shall be operative oily for the time snd to <br />the extent therein stated. Waivers of any covenant, term, or condition contained <br />herein by either party shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent <br />.breach of-the same covenant, term or condition.
