No commercial or business enterprises shall be maintained, conducted <br />or operated in said subdivision. No noxious or offensive trade or activity shall <br />be carried on in the subdivision nor anything done by any owner of lessee as may <br />be an annoyance or nuisance. <br />7. No swine, cattle, sheep, horses or other domesticated animals, other <br />than pets, such as dogs and cats, shall be permitted in the subdivision and house- <br />hold pets shall not be kept, placed or maintained for commercial purposes. <br />8. No trailer, camper, mobile home, tent, garage, barn or other out- <br />building erected en any lot in the subdivision shall at any time be used as a <br />temporary or permanent residence, nor shall any structure of a temporary character <br />be used as a residence. <br />9. No lot.ar lots shall be divided or split to create small building <br />areas. No sod, earth, sand, gravel or trees shall be removed to the injury of the <br />value of or appearance of any lot and no unused building material, junk, rubbish <br />or other similar material shall be left exposed on any lot, except during actual <br />building operations. <br />10. No worn out or discarded automobiles, trucks, machinery or parts <br />thereof shall be stored on anq lot in the subdivision and no portion thereof <br />shall be used for-junk piles or the storage of any junte or waste material. <br />11. Certain easements are established for the installation and main- <br />tenance of utilities, such easements being clearly marked on the recorded plat <br />of said subdivision, and such lots are subject to such easements as shown on said <br />plat. <br />12. All lots are zoned for residential use only and shall not be used <br />-for either industrial or commercial use. <br />13. The owner of such lot shall keep the grass or weeds thereon cut to <br />a maximum height of ten (10) inches and in the event any owner or owners do not <br />cut grass or weeds as herein set forth, the subdividers are authorized to hire <br />the same cut sad to collect the axgease of the same from the owner of the lot or <br />-lots involved. <br />14,_,-...All driveways and approaches on any lot must be hard surfaced at <br />-least sxtesa {~} feet in width and constructed to meet any required uni€orm <br />'specf~cati:ons-for drainage. <br />
