At such time when streets shall be constructed in accordance with <br />plans and specifications approved by the Village Engineer, the turn - around easement herein set <br />forth shall be deemed to have expired. Until such time as the streets shall be constructed in the <br />Subdivision in the mamier required by the Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Alda, <br />Nebraska in effect on the date that such construction shall be undertaken, Subdividers and their <br />successors in interest shall be responsible for all maintenance and snow removal along the route <br />dedicated for access and turn - around. <br />3. Water. Public water service is available for extension to the subdivision; however, <br />until such time as the subdivision shall be further subdivided to facilitate commercial or <br />residential development, or in any mamzer additional construction of residential or commercial <br />structures upon portions of the real estate within the subdivision shall occur, the Subdividers, <br />their successors and assigns shall be permitted to continue using the existing private well source <br />for potable water.
