~ .,.( 200806820 NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants and agreements hereinafter contained, the parties agree as follows: 1. JURISDICTION. The parties hereby specifically acknowledge and submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, with regard to all matters relating to the subject matter and rights of the parties under this agreement. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Agreement shall become binding upon the parties and their respective legal representatives, successors, and assigns immediately following the dissolution of their marriage in the pending proceedings provided that the provisions of this Agreement are approved by the Court. 3. CHILD CUSTODY. That there were two (2) children born the issue of this marriage, namely: ChristinaR. Uldrich, born October 27, 1986; and Jennifer M. Uldrich, born April 15, 1989. That Respondent shall have the care, custody and control of Christina, subject to reasonable rights of visitation in Petitioner. 4. REMOVAL FROM JURISDICTION. The parties hereby acknowledge that at the present time the Petitioner, as custodial parent of the minor children, resides within Hall County, Nebraska. Ifin the future the Petitioner should decide to move from the State of Nebraska with the minor children, the Petitioner acknowledges that Petitioner has been advised and understands that application must be made with the Hall County District Court prior to the time of such move. 5. CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing November 1, 2005, the Respondent shall pay $184.00 per month in child support to the Nebraska Child Support Enforcement Center, P.O. Box 83307, Lincoln, NE 68501-3307 for disbursement to Petitioner for the benefit of the minor child, Jennifer M. Uldrich (Child Support Calculator attached hereto, marked Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by reference). Such amount shall be paid by the Respondent until the first day of the month following the month the minor child marries, enters the military service, reaches the age of 19, dies, is emancipated, or until further Court order, whichever occurs first. The Respondent is required to execute appropriate income withholding documents pursuant to Section 43-1718 of the Nebraska Revised Statutes, and file with the Clerk of the District Court thirty (30) days prior to November 1,2005, notification that he has filed the appropriate withholding documents with his employer.
