<br />" <br /> <br />200806820 <br /> <br />initiated for failure to file either the appropriate income withholding documents with the employer <br />or the notification of filing with the Clerk. <br />If, because of a change of employment all or a portion of the child support due in anyone <br />month is not withheld from income, it is the Respondent's obligation to pay such support in full <br />directly to the Nebraska Child Support Enforcement Center. <br />Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. S 42-264.13, the Respondent acknowledges that he has been <br />advised and understands that under Nebraska law, any person ordered to pay a judgment for child, <br />medical, or spousal support as part of the dissolution proceedings is required to furnish to the Clerk <br />of the Hall County District Court in which the proceeding was held, his address, telephone number, <br />social security number, the name of his employer, whether or not such person has access to <br />employer-related health insurance coverage and, if so, the health insurance policy information and <br />any-other infonnation -the court deems-reh::vant until suchj UUglllt::llt1-S'paiJ in rull.-The Respondent <br />is also required to advise the Clerk of any changes in such information between the time of entry of <br />the Decree and payment of the judgment in full. Failure to comply with the provisions ofthis law <br />shall be punishable by contempt. <br />The Respondent further acknowledges that he has been advised that in the event he fails to <br />pay any child, spousal support, or medical payment, as such failure is certified each month by the <br />Clerk of the Hall County District Court in which court-ordered support is delinquent in an amount <br />equal to the support due and payable for a one-month period of time, the Respondent may be <br />required to appear in court and show cause why such payment was not made. In the event the <br />Respondent fails to pay and appear as ordered, a warrant shall be issued for his arrest. <br />6. ALIMONY. There shall be no alimony payable by either party to the other herein. <br />7. REAL ESTATE. That Respondent shall have quieted in him the real estate ofthe <br />parties located at 411 E. South Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801, legally described as Lot 86, <br />Buena Vista Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, subject to the indebtedness <br />thereon. <br />8. MOTOR VEHICLES. The Petitioner shall have quieted in her the 1999 Pontiac <br />Grand Prix SE, VIN#: 1 G2WJ52K4XF264448, subject to the indebtedness thereon and agrees to <br />hold the Respondent harmless thereon. <br /> <br />~~;ti <br />
