Uldrich, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, hereinafterreferred to as "Petitioner" or "wife", and Michael A. UldX!ph, of Grand Islalld,_ FIall County, N ebrasls.~, hereinafter t~f~rred to as "Respondent" or "husband". WHEREAS, the parties were lawfully married on July 25,1986 in Chapman, Nebraska; and WHEREAS, on the 24th day of March 2003, the wife filed a Petition in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska as Case No. CI03-289, seeking a dissolution ofthe aforesaid marriage, and the Respondent signed a Voluntary Appearance which was filed with this Court on March 24,2003, waiving service of summons upon him; and WHEREAS, the parties hereto have no expectation of resuming marital relations and it has been determined by the parties that it is impossible for them to continue to live in a marital state; and WHEREAS, the parties wish to enter into a voluntary agreement determining their respective property rights and all other matters relating to the dissolution of their marriage including matters relating to child custody and support, spousal support/alimony, division of property, payment of debts, payment of attorney fees, and other matters incident to the pending dissolution proceedings; and WHEREAS, each party is aware of his and her right to be represented by legal counsel and has had full opportunity to seek counsel and discuss this agreement therewith.
