<br />200802904 <br /> <br />and the same as some part or all of the North boundary line of the <br /> <br />Crane Trust Land; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a question has arisen between Leamans, on one hand, <br /> <br />and the Crane Trust on the other hand, as to the location of the <br /> <br />North boundary line of the Crane Trust Land; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Leamans and the Crane Trust have resolved and settled <br /> <br />the question as to the location of the North boundary line of the <br /> <br />Crane Trust Land, and desire to reduce their resolution and <br /> <br />settlement to writing. <br /> <br />Aareement <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Leamans and the Crane Trust do hereby agree as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein by <br /> <br />reference, the same as though repeated verbatim. <br /> <br />2. The North boundary line of the Crane Trust Land, insofar <br /> <br />as such boundary line, or any part or portion thereof, is one and <br /> <br />the same as some part or all of the South boundary line of the <br /> <br />Leaman Land, is the following-described line: <br /> <br />Commencing at the point where the South right-of-way line <br />of U.S. Interstate Highway 80 intersects the West line of <br />Government Lot 2 in Section 23, Township 9 North, Range <br />12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and assuming the West line of Government Lot 2 <br />in said Section 23 as beartng S 00026'44" W, and all <br />bearings contained herein being relative thereto; thence <br />8 00026'44" W, on the w~st line of Government Lot 2 in <br />said Section 23, a ,distance of 328.78 feet to a point on <br />the northerly high bank of the Middle Channel of the <br />Platte River, such Middle Channel of the Platte River <br />being depicted on the original U.8. Government Surveys of <br />Township 9 North, Range 11 West of the 6th Principal <br /> <br />3 <br />
