200802904 Meridian, dated May 18, 1867, and Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, dated May 18, 1867, respectively; thence leaving the northerly high bank of said Middle Channel of the Platte River and proceeding S 22045'02" E a distance of 2157.06 feet; thence S 44017'41" W a distance of 255.41 feet to a point, which point is on the thread of the stream of the channel of the Platte River located north of Government Lots 5 and 6 in Section 26, and Government Lots 5 and 6 in Section 23, all in Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska (such channel of the Platte River located north of said government lots being hereinafter referred to as "the Crane Trust Channel"), which point is the ACTUAL PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence proceeding downstream and in a northeasterly direction in the Crane Trust Channel for the following three (3) courses: N 44017'41" E a distance of 1365.11 feet; N 73030'12" E a distance of 1200.10 feet; and N 81015'55" E a distance of 1214.18 feet to a point, which point is located north of Government Lots 2 and 3 in Section 24, Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, and which point is the point of termination (said line being hereinafter referred to as "the Crane Trust's North Boundary Line") . 3. The Crane Trust's North Boundary Line is on the thread of the stream of the Crane Trust Channel. 4. The Crane Trust shall forthwith execute, acknowledge and deliver to Leamans, c/o their attorney of record in the Boundary Line Suit, Arend R. Baack, a disclaimer of interest in the form and content of that, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "A", and by this reference incorporated herein. Leamans shall forthwith, upon such delivery, cause such disclaimer of interest to be filed with the Clerk of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, in the Boundary Line Suit. 4
