DECREE TI <br />1liSSOLUTZON <br />PAGE TWO 0063S-3. . <br />and the Respondent is awarded the live stock identified in the <br />record of these proceedings, except for the horse, known as <br />"Skipper Sensation'", which together with any and all undisclosed <br />live stock is awarded to the Petitioner. All disclosed cash and <br />bank accounts are awarded to the Respondent, and any undisclosed <br />bank accounts or cash are awarded to the Petitioner. <br />The Petitioner is awarded the care, custody and control <br />of the minor children, of the parties, subject to reasonable rights <br />Of visitation by the Respondent. Title to the property at 512 <br />East Capital Avenue, the legal description of which -s attached <br />hereto and marked "Exhibit B ", is quieted in the parties as <br />tenants in common without right of Survivorship, but subject to <br />encumbrances of record. The home at 612 East Capital Avenue shall <br />be used exclusively by the Petitioner and the children, as a residence <br />and for purposes of the irmediate family, and for no other purpose. <br />The Petitioner shall pay all interic-r maintenance and the Respondent <br />shall pay all exterior maintenance, of the home and out buildings, <br />and shall pay all payments on the mortgage and shall pay all taxes <br />and special assessments. Upon the youngest child attending the age <br />Of 19 years or in the event of •aiolation of restrictions en the use <br />of said premises, by the Petitioner, the premises shall be sold <br />and the proceeds be divided equally between the parties. Such sale <br />shall be by agreement of the parties within ninety (90) days of the <br />time the 1remises becomes eligible fcr sale under this order, and if <br />not sold by agreement, the premises shall be Gold at Public Auction. <br />The Petitioner is awarded tho 1972 Ford Pinto and they tools and <br />equipment used in the maintenance of the lawn and yard of the <br />family residence. <br />The Respondent is ordered to pay all outstanding accounts <br />incurred to date and to pav $1000.00 to an upon.
