DECREE <br />RAGE THREE <br />ONE HUNDRED ($100.00) DOLLARS, per month per child, starting forth- <br />with and continuing until each child attains the age of nineteen (19) <br />years. The Respondent is also to maintain medical and hospital <br />insurance on the children, and to ray for their books and tuition inI <br />Parochial school. <br />The Petitioner is awarded an alimony Judgment against the <br />Respondent, in the amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND ($15,000.00) DOLLARS, <br />payable in equal consecutive monthly installments of $200.00, starting <br />forthwith and continuing until fully paid. Said alimony Judgment to <br />be without interest except on past due installments. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, by the <br />Court as follows: <br />1. The Marriage between the Petitioner, JOAN ROBERTSON, and <br />the Respondent, ROBERT D. ROBERTSON, is irretrievably broken, and the <br />Marriage between the parties is hereby dissolved. <br />2. The Petitioner is a fit and proper person to have the care, <br />custodv anal control of the minor children rf the parties, and the <br />Respondent is to pay Child Suapert to the Petitioner, for said children, <br />in the amount of $100.00 per month, commencing forthwith and continuing <br />until each child reaches the age of 19 years; the Respondent in addition <br />thereto, is to maintin medical and hospital insurance on the children, <br />and pay for their books and tuition. in Parochial school. <br />3. The Respondent i_, to have reasonable rights of visitation.. <br />4. The personal property and real estate of the parties, is <br />distributed as set out above in the body of this Decree. <br />5. The Petitioner is to have an alimony Judgment against the <br />Respondent, in the amount of $15,000,00 savable in equal consecutive <br />monthly installments of $200.00, starting forthwith and continuing until <br />fully paid, said alimony Judgment to be without interest, except 0 <br />,n past <br />due installments. <br />G.
