X NOW ON THIS 23rd day of April, 1975, this matter came on for Hearing to the Court. The Petitioner was present in Court, and was represented by her attorney, Thomas L. Anderson. The Respondent was present in Court and was represented by his attorney, Johr. Wagoner. Evidence was presented to the Court, by the Petitioner, and the Respondent, and certain items were offered and received in evidence. The matter was then taken under advisement by the Court. The Court found upon due consider- ation that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. The Court finds that the Despondent should be awarded the 1968 Chevrolet Three Quarter ton Pick -Up, Serial Number 21750 a 1956 GMC One half ton Pick -up Serial Number 50375 ,*the International Model A tractor and Model M tractor; the John -Deere tractor, the manure spreader, the Winchester and Savage rifles, and the standard pistol. The Respondent is also awarded the following real estate, and title to the same is quieted in him, subject to encumbrances; 414 East 8th Street; 305 rast 9th Street.; 309 East 9th Street; 509 East 11th Street; and 518 has >st 12th street.
