ROBERTSON, X <br />X <br />Respondent. X <br />NOW ON THIS 23rd day of April, 1975, this matter came on <br />for Hearing to the Court. The Petitioner was present in Court, and <br />was represented by her attorney, Thomas L. Anderson. The Respondent <br />was present in Court and was represented by his attorney, Johr. <br />Wagoner. Evidence was presented to the Court, by the Petitioner, <br />and the Respondent, and certain items were offered and received in <br />evidence. The matter was then taken under advisement by the Court. <br />On the day of April, 1975, this matter again <br />came on for Hearing, with all of the aforesaid parties again <br />present in Court. District Judge Donald H. Weaver, announced he <br />had reached a decision in 'he matter, and his Judgment was read <br />to the parties in open. Court. The Court found upon due consider- <br />ation that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be <br />dissolved. <br />The Court finds that the Despondent should be awarded <br />the 1968 Chevrolet Three Quarter ton Pick -Up, Serial Number 21750 <br />a 1956 GMC One half ton Pick -up Serial Number <br />50375 ,*the International Model A tractor and <br />Model M tractor; the John -Deere tractor, the manure spreader, <br />the Winchester and Savage rifles, and the standard pistol. The <br />Respondent is also awarded the following real estate, and title <br />to the same is quieted in him, subject to encumbrances; 414 East 8th <br />Street; 305 rast 9th Street.; 309 East 9th Street; 509 East 11th <br />Street; and 518 has >st 12th street.
