Change of Address: Landlord and Tenant may change <br />their addresses for purposes of this Lease by giving notice <br />thereof in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 46, above. <br />48. Quiet Enjoyment: If and for so long as Tenant is <br />not in default hereunder, Landlord agrees that it will not <br />interfere with the peaceful and quiet occupation and enjoyment of <br />the Demised Premises by Tenant. <br />49. Corporate Authority: Tenant shall deliver to <br />Landlord upon execution of this Lease a certified . copy of a <br />resolution of its board of directors authorizing the execution of <br />this Lease and naming the officer(s) or other person(s) that is <br />(are) authorized to execute this Lease on its behalf. <br />50. Personal Guarantee: L. Dean Beebe and Gene Harmon <br />shall personally guarantee the performance of each and every <br />covenant, condition and agreement to be performed by Tenant <br />hereunder. <br />51. Inspection: Landlord shall at all reasonable <br />times have the right to go upon and inspect the Demised Premises, <br />subject, however, to reasonable prior notice to Tenant. Such <br />entry by Landlord or frequency of inspection shall not <br />unreasonably interfere with Tenant's use and occupancy of the <br />Demised Premises or with the privacy of Tenant's residents or <br />patients. <br />52. Posting: Landlord shall at all times have the <br />right to go upon the Demised Premises to post any notice that may <br />be required or permitted by any law relating to or affecting the <br />liability of Landlord for labor performed or materials furnished <br />in or for the Demised Premises. Landlord shall also have the <br />right at any time during the last ninety (90) days of the term of <br />this Lease to post upon the Demised Premises such "For Rent" or <br />similar signs as Landlord deems appropriate. Landlord shall <br />further have the right at all times to enter the Demised Premises <br />to show the same to prospective purchasers, tenants and lenders. <br />Any entry by Landlord shall not unreasonably interfere with <br />Tenant's use and occupancy of the Demised Premises. <br />53. No Constructive Evici.J.on: The exercise of any <br />right reserved to Landlord pursuant to Paragraphs 51 and 52 shall <br />not constitute an actual or constructive eviction, in whole or in <br />part, or entitle Tenant to any abatement or diminution of rent, <br />or relieve Tenant from any of its obligations under this Lease, <br />or impose any liability upon Landlord. <br />54.
