The words "reenter" <br />and "reentry" as used in this Lease are not restricted to their <br />technical legal meaning. The failure of Landlord to relet the <br />Demised Premises or any part thereof shall not release or affect <br />Tenant's liability hereunder. Should any rent so collected by <br />Landlord after the foregoing payments be insufficient <br />pay Landlord a sum equal to all rent and otherchargeso herein <br />reserved, or should no rents be collected by Landlord, the <br />deficiency shall be calculated and paid by Tenant upon each of <br />the dates for the payment of rent as provided in Paragraph 2 <br />hereof, and Tenant shall pay <br />deficiency to Landlord the amount of said <br />then existing and shall remain liable for any portion <br />thereof not so paid. <br />26.3 If Landlord evicts Tenant from the Demised <br />Premises, Landlord shall use reasonable efforts to relet the <br />Demised Premises and to otherwise mitigate damages caused by <br />Tenant's default. <br />27. Cure of Default: Landlord, at an <br />Tenant commits a default hereunder, ma y time after <br />Tenant's cost.
