Subordination. This Lease may, at the option <br />of Landlord, be subordinate to any ground or underlying leases, <br />mortgages, deeds of trust or other lien which may hereafter <br />affect the Lot or any part thereof and Tenant will execute and <br />deliver upon the demand of Landlord from time to time any and all <br />instruments desired by Landlord, subordinated, in the manner <br />requested by Landlord, this Lease to such lease, mortgage, deed <br />of trust or other lien, provided that in the event of the termi- <br />nation of such lease or foreclosure of such mortgage, deed of <br />trust or lien, any successor to any interest of Landlord in the <br />Lot will not disturb Tenant's possession of the Lot if Tenant <br />attorns to such successor as Landlord and otherwise performs its <br />obligations under this Lease. Tenant agrees that Tenant shall <br />attorn to any landlord under any ground lease affecting the Lot <br />in the event of the termination or cancellation of such ground <br />leases, or to any purchaser upon foreclosure or sale pursuant to <br />any lien. Landlord may from time to time grant or declare such <br />restrictions or covenants as may be reasonably required by Land- <br />lord or adopt and record such parcel maps, subdivision maps or <br />condominium plans as may be reasonably required by Landlord <br />relating to all or any portion of the Lots and the provisions of <br />all such documents shall be senior to the Lease provisions of <br />this Leese and Tenant shall sign any of such documents upon <br />receipt of Landlord provided such documents do not unreasonably <br />-43- <br />
