86- 103283! <br />person or entity which 'at any time thereafter shall become a <br />successor or assignee in interest of any property, or any portion <br />thereof described above. <br />ARTICLE XIX <br />FURTHER ASSURANCES <br />Each Party hereto will,. whenever it shall be reasonably <br />requested to do so by the other, promptly execute, acknowledge <br />and deliver, or cause to be executed, acknowledged or delivered, <br />any and all such further confirmations, instruments or further <br />assurances and consents as may be necessary or proper, in order <br />to effectuate the covenants and agreements herein provided. Each <br />of the Parties hereto shall cooperate in good faith with the <br />other and shall do any and all other acts and execute, acknowl- <br />edge and deliver any and all documents so requested in order to <br />satisfy the conditions set forth herein and carry out the intent <br />and purposes of this Lease. <br />ARTICLE XX <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />Section 20.1. Governing Law. All aspects of this Lease <br />shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. <br />Section 20.2. Titles of Articles, Sections and Paragraphs. <br />Any title of the several parts, articles, sections and paragraphs <br />used herein are inserted for convenience of reference only and <br />shall be disregarded in construing or interpreting any of the <br />provisions. <br />Section 20.3.
