86-- 103283 <br />interfere with the use of the Lots by Tenant as permitted by this <br />Lease. <br />Section 20.5. Termination. On termination of the Lease, <br />Tenant shall execute and deliver to Landlord immediately upon <br />Landlord's request a quitclaim deed in recordable form transfer- <br />ring to Landlord any interest of Tenant in the Premises. <br />Section 20.5. Modification. This Lease and any other writ- <br />ten agreements dated as of the date of this Lease contain all of <br />the terms and conditions agreed upon by the Landlord and Tenant <br />with respect to the Lots. All prior negotiations, correspondence <br />and agreements are superseded by this Lease and any other contem- <br />poraneous documents. No officer or employee of any Party has any <br />authority to make any representation or promise not contained in <br />this Lease and other contemporaneous documents, and each of the <br />Parties hereto agrees that it has not executed this Lease in <br />reliance upon any representation or promise not set forth in this <br />Lease or such contemporaneous documents. This Lease may not be <br />modified or changed except by written instrument signed by Land- <br />lord and Tenant. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if, in connec- <br />tion with obtaining construction, interim or permanent financing <br />for the Parking Garage or Parking Lot, the lender shall request <br />reasonable modifications in this Lease as a condition to such <br />financing, Tenant shall not unreasonably withhold, delay or defer <br />its consent thereof, provided that such modifications do not <br />increase the obligations of Tenant hereunder or materially <br />adversely affect the leasehold interest hereby created or Ten- <br />ant's rights hereunder. <br />-44- <br />
