To City of Grand Island, d /b /a Grand Island <br />City Electric a non - exclusive easement for so long as needed <br />within Lot 1 for the purpose of installing and maintaining an <br />electrical transformer box, electrical connecting equipment and <br />Utility Conduits as may be required to provide electrical service <br />to The Yancey.
