Ordinary Maintenance. Ordinary Maintenance <br />shall include good and reasonable sweeping, washing, cleaning, <br />striping, restriping, painting, utilities fees and charges which <br />are separately metered, and repairing and replacing light bulbs, <br />light fixtures and other electrical equipment and services. <br />Until the Termination Date of Lot 1, Ordinary Maintenance of the <br />Parking Lot shall be performed by and at the expense borne by the <br />Tenant of Lot 1 and shall not be shared nor performed jointly by <br />the Owners or Tenants of the other Lots. Until the Termination <br />Date of Lot 2, Ordinary Maintenance of the Parking Garage located <br />on Lot 2 shall be performed by and at the expense borne by the <br />Tenant of Lot 2 and shall not be shared nor performed jointly by <br />the Owners or Tenants of the other Lots. Until the Termination <br />Date of Lot 2, Ordinary Maintenance of the Parking Garage located <br />on Lot 3 shall be performed by and at the expense borne by the <br />Owner of Lot 3 and shall not be shared nor performed jointly by <br />the Owners or Tenants of the other lots. <br />Section 5.3. Extraordinary Maintenance, Cost - Sharing and <br />Common Facilities On Parking Garage. Landlord and Tenant of Lot <br />2 acknowledge their understanding that certain work in connection <br />with the maintenance of the Parking Garage must be performed on <br />one Lot even though it will be in whole or in part for the bene- <br />fit of the other Lot comprising the Parking Garage.
