86- HUSS <br />Section 4.1.7. Nothing in these restrictions on use shall <br />be construed to prevent use for pedestrian access as otherwise <br />provided by agreement or easements, or to prevent necessary <br />utilities, facilities, conduits, ducts, wires, cables and pipes <br />on any part of Lots 1, 2 and 3 to serve the Parking Garage and <br />Parking Lot. <br />Section 4.2. Nondiscrimination. The Parties hereto agree <br />and covenant for themselves, their successors and assigns that <br />they shall not discriminate against any person or group of per - <br />sons on account of race, sex, color, religion, national origin, <br />ancestry, disability, marital status, or receipt of public <br />assistance in the sale, lease, sublease, transfer, use, occu- <br />pancy, tenure, or enjoyment of the Parking Garage and Parking <br />Lot, nor will they themselves or any claiming undez or through <br />them establish or permit such practices of discrimination or <br />segregation with reference to the selection, location, number or <br />use or occupancy of tenants, lessees, sublessees, vendees, or <br />invitees to the Parking Garage and Parking Lot. <br />Section 4.3. Operations. All activities in the Parking <br />Garage and Parking Lot must at all times be operated in full <br />compliance with all laws of the City of Grand Island, the State <br />of Nebraska, and the United States of America. <br />ARTICLE V <br />XS <br />COVENANTS RE: MAINTENANCE: ALTERATIONS: TAY <br />Section 5.1.
