parking purposes. such parking easements shall consist of not <br />less than the parking ratio in existence at the date of this <br />Agreement as evidenced by the development.shown on the Site Plan <br />QD attached hereto aii Exhibit "3". The easements for parking <br />40 spaces and access shall be provided in accordance with the Site <br />© Plan. <br />2.01.8. Lighting Facilities EagqMnt. Nonexclusive <br />easements for access to and use by the Owners and occupants of <br />OCR either Site to the public light poles located adjacent to the <br />perimeters of either Site for installation, repair, replacement, <br />maintenance and removal of electrical wires, conduit, lighting <br />fixtures and related apparatus to share the use of such poles <br />for lighting the Common Area on either Site. <br />2.01.9. Fire and Emergency Access. A nonexclusive <br />casement for fire protection and emergency access for pedestrian <br />and vehicular access, ingress and egress over, across, on and <br />through the Common Areas for the benefit of the Shopko Site and <br />the Developer's Site in common with such other parcels to which <br />Shopko or the Developer might grant similar nonexclusive <br />easements consistent with providing the Shopko Site and <br />Developer's Site with such fire and emergency access as is <br />required by law. <br />2.01.10. Self -Help Easements.
